New lease of life for Stourbridge Sealine site
New jobs are on the way as a growing fibreglass manufacturing plans a moveout of its old home in Stourbridge and into one of the former Sealine boat factories in Kidderminster.
Outgrowing their premises in Stourbridge, a large investment of £1.2 million in the relocation and fit–out of the new premises will be undertaken. The move was supported with a European Regional Development Fund grant from the Green Bridge Supply Chain Programme, which was obtained with assistance from Birmingham City Council.
The move will enable the company to pursue its ambitious plans for growth. Ten new staff have already been recruited, which was a key requirement of the funding.
