Pop Top Roofs
Elevating roofs, often known as ‘pop-tops’, for camper vans such as the Ford Transit or VW Transporters have become a staple to Quantum’s product portfolio.
Collaborations with our customer led to us producing the first roofs with a gelcoat underside, raising the quality of the finish in the market place.
Unlike many elevating roofs in the market, we make roofs using an RTM Lite closed mould process – this ensures exceptional part to part consistency, as well as an excellent surface finish on the underside, meaning that the roof looks just as good from underneath when you’re gazing upwards to the stars. |
Theme Park Rides and Attractions
Typically vibrant coloured parts that may need complicated multi split moulds creating are a match with the technical experience that we can offer.
To ensure optimum safety in the public areas where they are seen, it is often a requirement to produce parts which meet various fire regulations by choosing fire resistant gelcoats and resins.
From UV resistant material choices to making complex split moulds, Quantum is positioned to support development and convert ideas into production.
Quantum have manufactured parts for some world-renowned icons, such as the London Eye, Madam Tussauds, Legoland and Disney. |

Bespoke
Although the mainstay of the work undertaken is higher volume, there have been times where lower volumes were undertaken for larger or more complex parts, where the value warrants the development of complex tooling.
This includes prestige items such as this finely finished table made for a Porsche dealership. |
