Our existing relationship with the client, who had previously purchased our smaller model, naturally led us to be their preferred partner for a larger unit .

After collaborating with their engineers, a prototype that met their specifications was created.

During their initial testing, it was found that the initial design was too heavy.

We then applied our expertise and utilised our strong relationship with suppliers to successfully reduce the weight by over 40%.

Partnering with the correct supplier for a product with such a critical requirement for safety, was paramount to the customer.

Following the successful manufacture of the main covers, we were asked to quote for the vane element too.
