Quantum’s New Video!

Here at Quantum Mouldings Ltd, we take pride in offering a high quality products and services to our customers. Since diversifying into commercial GRP moulding in 1992, we have expanded our workforce to thirty highly skilled individuals.

We make hand sized components to car trailer sized components in volumes of 1 to 10,000 units per year. Low volume parts are made by traditional open moulding (hand/spray lay-up GRP) Higher volume parts are made by Vacuum Moulding (VM) or by RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding).

We’re At The Composites Show!

Quantum Mouldings are at the advanced engineering and composites show stand again for the second year running, come and see us the 2nd November and the 3rd November at stand J132!

Quantum Gets Thumbs Up From LRQA!

Quantum has the thumbs up from LRQA after flying through our 2016 recertification.

Operations Director (Steve Galbraith): “it has been a grueling but satisfying two days of assessments by the world’s leader in 1S0 9001:2008 Accreditation. Upon completion we were issued 3 improvement notices, zero non conformances and a well done from the assessor!”

Quantum Gets Green Light On Green Project!

Quantum has been appointed soul supply from an existing customer to further supply lightweight exterior GRP panels for a 15Kw wind turbine in addition to the GRP housing of a 5kw Wind Turbine already being manufactured.

This solidifies our core commitment of quality, service and reliability and enhances our requirement to move into our new 70,000sq ft. manufacturing facility on 3.7 acres.

Quantum Invests Heavily In Green Energy!

Quantum Moulding’s have gone green by investing in a 50Kw PV Solar farm supplied by ECO to SOLAR to become a greener manufacturer of fibreglass products. This empowers our mission to supply products efficiently and cost effectively, you could say we have taken a quantum leap in cost effectiveness.
