GRP Factory Trainees Quantum welcomes new trainees without prior experience of GRP, the main criteria are a willingness to learn and a positive attitude and aptitude to work. It’s a great opportunity to learn a useful skill in a structured way with real workplace experience. We have a formal in-factory training programme which typically last around three months, leading to career roles in lamination, trimming and finishing within the factory. Quantum offer good rates of pay while training as well as opportunities to progress into established factory positions.
